Manual Osteopathy Business Tip

As your time becomes more valuable as a manual osteopath, you should spend it more on activities that generate income. At least do three to five things a day that brings you closer to your goals with the potential of increasing your income. Outsource non-income generating tasks to others even if you have to pay them.
Whatever activities you engage in your clinic, analyze them, and ask yourself, is this activity bringing me more new patients? Adding to my income? Or is it just done to make me look busy? Doing work for the sake of being busy is no work at all. It is a waste of time, and potential income.
