My First Flying Kick in 30 Years!

For decades I could not jump because I was overweight (I was 118kg 5 months ago). Any jumping movement gave me knee pain before.

Today after 30 years for the first time I tried flying side kick (one of my favourite Taekwondo techniques). It was scary as I was nervous about damaging my knee. But everything went fine and I did it!

I am so happy that I changed my life style, cut the bad food, added health food and started exercising (weight lifting, Taekwondo and Yoga).

I am feeling young again and my energy levels are getting back to how it was 30 years go when I was a Taekwondo champion.
