Testosterone: the Vitality Hormone
To have the same energy & vitality you had when you were 20 years old you should aim to increase your testosterone that decreases as you age.
I use the following research proven steps on a daily basis to keep my testosterone high. For me they have worked greatly. By increasing testosterone & Human Growth Hormone (I discussed already in a previous post how to increase HGH) I was able to shed over 60 pounds of fat and later gaining 10 pounds of muscles since March 31, 2016.
Testosterone decreases body fat, fights depression, increases muscle mass, strengthen your bones, improves energy and libido, improves your heart and blood, & improves cognitive abilities.
To increase your testosterone you should lose weight, do multijoint compound exercises (such as bench press & squats) when you do weight lifting & do it hard & heavy, take zinc & vitamin D, decrease stress & cortisol levels, decrease sugar intake, eat healthy. Eat eggs, eat healthy fat, avoid estrogen like compounds found in some foods such as flaxseed & soy, get more sleep, & fast once in a while.
