Move More, Eat Less!

The Secret of My Weight Loss!

A year ago I was severely overweight. I lost 60 pounds of fat since then, and gained 30 pounds of muscle.

Many ask me what should they eat to lose weight? That is the wrong question! Better question is what should they stop eating to lose weight? For me it was cutting fat, sugar, salt and meat from my meals.

Move more, eat less.

If you follow these two simple things then you lose weight and you keep it off, just like how I have done for the past year.
