Habit vs Will Power

Will power is highly overrated. To improve your life, health, business and financial situation it is best to make a few good habits part of your daily life.

Anything you do for 27 days straight becomes a habit for you. Then you do not need will power to do it.

For example if you wish to become more physically active, make a habit out of it. You can start walking for 30 minutes right after you wake up. When you do this every day for 27 days, it becomes a habit for you. Then you do not need will power to push yourself to walk everyday for 30 minutes. You simply get out of the bed when you wake up and go for a walk.
