Forest Bathing

One reason I rarely get sick is because I surround myself by trees. Science has proven that time near trees can make you happier, more creative, and less stressed. Trees strengthen the immune system, reduce blood pressure, increase energy, and increase ability to focus.
I live in Panama surrounded by trees, and wherever I travel I make sure to walk inside a park everyday.

Trees produce phytocides as a defense mechanism. Phytocides improve your immune system.
If you get sick often, if you have a weak immune system, if you are stressed, if you want to become healthier, you should move out of large cities and live near nature. If you cannot, at least spent an hour a day in a park. You will be glad you did!
