Time to go home to Panama!

Enough work! This has been the busiest summer of my life! I did not spend even one night in my own bed in Panama!
Work took me to Switzerland, Netherlands, Greece, USA, and Canada in the past few months and I loved every second of it!
I am blessed.
But I still miss my home. I miss Panama and it is time to get back. I am leaving Canada soon to go back home to Panama. I miss the tasty organic fresh fruits and veggies, the beach, the ocean and the mountains of Panama.

My Gift to Canada

Osteopathy and how we teach it is so amazing that many alumni refer their friends to study osteopathy at National Academy of Osteopathy.

We recently had 6 York University students who became manual osteopaths through recommendation of their friend Nazanin.

Here I am with Shahrzad and Pegah (who studied at York University before joining NAO). I will miss them both. They are amazing manual osteopaths and this is my gift to Canada, graduating top notch manual osteopaths.

NAO Graduation Day!

I had such a great time at National Academy of Osteopathy graduation day (August 24, 2019) that was held at our York University Heights campus in Toronto.

Such Nice Kids!

The parents of these two kids are both my students in Vancouver. I have seen these kids numerous times on Facebook. However this was the first time I saw them in real life and they are so cute and nice.

This little girl approached and asked politely if she could ask me a question. I said yes, and she shocked me with her question! She asked in my opinion what she can tell her friends if they ask what osteopathy is???!!!! Her parents explained to her but she wanted to also get my opinion.

Such a smart kid! I wish all children know about osteopathy, talk about osteopathy and discuss it with their friends. That is my dream come true to see a day when everyone knows what osteopathy is and how beneficial it can be for chronic pain and other conditions.

Ahmadreza Hanaei and Saideh Shahbazi you have such polite, nice, cute and well behaved children. God bless your family.

I met my African students today!

I am so happy to get the chance to see some of my students today at the National Academy of Osteopathy campus in Toronto.

I am honoured to see students travelled so far to be with us in Toronto. In this class we have students from Africa, Asia, North America and Europe.

Here I am with Robert O'Friel, a retired professional golfer who travelled from South Africa to study at NAO and Deshna Shah, a medical assistant from Kenya. Such dedication! These two students travelled all the way from Africa to study manual osteopathy at NAO. I am humbled and grateful that they chose us for their osteopathic education.

NAO is expanding osteopathy in Africa. We already have two Osteopathy Chronic Pain Clinics of Canada in Nairobi and Morocco. We have alumni in many African countries such as Tanzania, Nigeria, South Africa, Brunei, Cameron, Egypt and others.

High income is not needed to become a millionaire. All you need is time!

Most millionaires in US have annual income of less than $100,000 per year and live in houses that cost less than $500,000 and drive a Toyota Camry.
Investing anywhere from $250 to $1000 per month over 20 to 25 years would make you a multimillionaire. Majority of people can easily start investing $250 per month.
There are many ways you can become a millionaire. Rare ones include gambling (not recommended!), winning a lottery (not recommended) and marrying a millionaire (go for it if you love the person! ).
Less rare is becoming a millionaire through inheritance. This is out of your hand though as you are born into such families. However please do not initiate activities to receive inheritance sooner than expected by natural means. Many people tried to speed up the process and ended up in jail!
Most common relatively quick way of becoming a millionaire is opening your own business. Successful businesspeople can become a millionaire on average within 5 to 10 years.
The most common long term method of becoming a millionaire is through investing $250 or more per month.
I recommend to everyone who wishes to become a millionaire to open your own business and to invest 10% or more of your profit into selected low commission, non-human managed exchange traded funds (ETF). Compared to actively human managed mutual funds you save up to 70% of your profits that are taken by expenses and tax. Out of a million dollars in profit regular mutual funds may take up to $700,000 of it in expenses and tax. So when you think you made a million dollars in reality you take out only $300,000.
Most people do not know these topics. I teach my students everything I know about business and finances. This tip alone can save you over $700,000 in expenses in 25 years.
Becoming a millionaire is easy. It takes dedication, perseverance, work, and time. Time passes anyway. No matter if you invest wisely or not, time passes. But where will you be in 20 years? Will you be a millionaire or struggling to survive? Invest your money now. You will be happy you did when you retire.
And if you ever visit Amsterdam, make sure you try the Stroopwafel! They are amazing!
